the rooms were tastefully decorated and well-kept equipped with a breathtaking view and the thermostat did n't work, for instance. the location for banff was the best, right by a supermarket and 2 blocks from the bests restaurants, the hot springs/gondola, and nice restaurants and shops. had lunch/dinner at indian curry house, which i found relatively near the hotel.

Parking was easy.
We had to move rooms once due to issues. Daily, we found ourselves requesting basic amenities like towels and toilet paper. The heating was inconsistent, and the noise from maintenance was unbearable.

The only bummer was the parking situation for larger vehicles, which can be a bit tricky. I'd definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway 😊

Great location, good parking set up
Our room had one window with a column right in front of it so essentially couldn't see outside. The stairway right by our room was very loud with guests bringing bags up and down.

Perfect location with friendly staff
The location was ideal for exploring Banff, and the friendly staff were always ready to assist us with recommendations. The noise level in the hotel at night was a bit disruptive, which affected our sleep.

The location is very central. The rooms are updated here with sanitizer, a very comfortable bed, as example. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the responsive staff. Would like to stay here on the next trip, enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Excellent location for access to shops and dining. The spacious family room provided comfortable sleeping arrangements, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed delicious oatmeal at breakfast, a good start to the day. Occasional noise from the train station was noticeable, and I was disappointed that some food discounts seemed exclusive to locals. Having to navigate to nearby parking was also a minor hassle.
